support, pensions, etc. are required for all household income, as well
as six
(6) most recent checking account statements and savings account
statements. Any
and all assets will need to be disclosed during this interview as well.
DHA
staff will review rental, credit and criminal history of all
adult household members, and all release forms will be signed during
your
interview.
